Precision magnets
Our patented MagnaTrack system is a unique self-tensioning design that utilizes opposing polarity dual magnetic pull from Neodymium magnets interlocked into the track housing as well as the adjustable track insert for a constant secure hold. MagnaTrack can be used in new construction as a recessed system or retrofitted for existing residential applications and commercial application.
The system is able to overcome the ineffectiveness of a fixed track (permanently secured by fasteners) and zipper systems by allowing the screen to expand while under wind pressure, separating the magnets. When pressure subsides, the magnetic pull will tension the screen while allowing for expansion and contraction of the screen as well as a screen/vinyl window insert combination during deployment of the screen and adjust accordingly to avoid hang up or jamming like a fixed track system.
